Raging Emotions of A Dude (R.E.D.)

Summer is dropping like flies here and the temperature is rising above 40 degrees hotter than the Philippines!

With this look, I wore this red lightweight cardigan from Cotton On to prevent the heat from directly hitting my skin and paired it with a thrifted printed Topman shirt from Savers. The tailor-made grey shorts and customised brown boots sealed the look. I know that it’s hot and some of you will wonder why I opted for the boots instead of a sloppy tongs or flats. I just thought to give my look a touch of excitement and my style. I hope you like it as much I did. I took the chance to be photographed against these two red hot cars! Lol. I love red.

What’s on my mind: Red is the colour of fire, power, and war. A colour of little to no silence. That is perfectly inside what’s inside my head right now. Sleep will only be my recourse to escape from it not drugs. I just want to be sanely perfect when I think.

I really wouldn’t mind if this were my car! LOL.

Bumpa to Bumpa!

I just love the effect I made with this photo.
Photo Credits to my Inay, Clara! Hahaha.

Black Summer

The first blind mice!
Went shopping at Coles! The SM Hypermarket here in Australia. hehehe.

The sun is up here in Australia. But you’ll never know the weather shift in a few hours. I decided to wear this thrifted Mango suit tights from Salvation Army and and a black plain top from Folded and Hung. At first, I was drawn to wear an all black ensemble but it’s just too heavy for summer so I decided to put some extra pop of colour and added up the brown boots from Cotton on and a thrifted Bershka Man cardigan which made the look more casual than too serious for summer.

Although I am loving this outfit, I was so conscious of the super tight-fitting pants and top that shows off something down there hahaha. I keep on pulling my shirt down or putting my bag in front of me. Haha. I guess I’ll know better next time. A loose top and a tight fitting pants.

I miss blogging! Sorry for being such a lazy ass. And I just have too many things on my plate too right now.

It’s A Very Aussie Christmas

Though this was my first adult Christmas away from family, I thought I would be spending Christmas with a wet pillow and puffy red eyes. However, I was a little bit wrong. Having your friends and support systems at your back will keep those sad thoughts behind. Instead we spent the night dancing and laughing and eating(not each other of course) to our hearts content. We also attended the Christmas Eve mass like a family. It was a No-Tears Noche Buena.

Indeed it is true that if something or someone is missing don’t imagine that you could be with them when it’s impossible to. Just be with them in spirit. Easier said than done even so otherwise wouldn’t do you any good so..

SPOOFED!

#OOTD ni Mayor!! Hahaha.

My Family!!! Loveleh???

Of course, I can squeeze in some Selfie!!

Christmas Eve at North Balwyn.

Our humble Noche Buena!

Thank you so much for adopting me Papa Jun, Mama Clara, Ate Anna, Ate Sheena and Ate Tyl! My Christmas would be so suicidal if it weren’t for you guys! Love you.

I even dressed up like I was to attend a very formal event making my homies to dress up. Haha. I didn’t intend to pressure them alright? It was just my normal self picking random items on my closet. I’m pretty pleased with the ensemble I pulled off. Preppy dapper.

About the look: Top from Penshoppe
 Maroon denim from Cotton on
 Customized shoes
 Self confidence from yours trulyHaha.

First

The first few baby steps are the most crucial time for an infant who is learning to walk. The same goes with any new situation or a new person you just met. It will be hard to establish balance as you are still exploring how to gain that balance or trust if you like. The more you give yourself a practice to walk the better you will get each time. Well, I am just on that stage right now getting my balance here in Australia with no one to hold on to except yourself and yourself. But you have your friends as your support. Even if my stay here was pretty awesome as to this writing, a time will come when you will yearn for the people who are dear to you, people from your home.

Back in the days when I was wishing to be here, I am becoming impatient and hopeless for my future here. And what do you know I am writing this pretty melodramatic post here in Australia. Finding your niche is the most arduous task of all.

Now back to the fun part. I don’t know how I managed to pull this look. As you guys know I am all about casual ensembles but having to look like a million bucks in suit is a little bit out of my comfort zone. I started this look with my chocolate brown suit pants from Cotton On which I bought for 10 bucks such a deal. And then I started pairing it with my shirts and this blue chambray top fitted well with the brown pants. Paired this with my thrifted blazer and lace-up shoes from Salvation Army and ebay.

The David G. Pose. Lol.

My new sanctuary in North Balwyn!

So do I look like a manager in Coles? Hahaha. I wish I am.

I came here with 1 luggage and 2 hand carry bags and this was 127 days after and counting. Haha. I still have 2 boxes not included in this picture Haha. Imagine hoarding!

I am still hoping to be in the Philippines this Christmas or it could just be a wish for now? Lol
